Home prices of Anthem Country Club’s ALL single-level homes currently range from $150,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,264 sf home; to $970,000 for a 4,557 sf highly upgraded home on a golf course and mountain view lot.  Sales prices for the last 3 months have averaged $139 per sf.
There is currently one 1-acre lot on the market in Anthem for $145,000.
